Kristen Marstaller, Fine Arts Instructional
will announce the details of a newly implemented Request for Proposals
to solicit community artists and arts organizations to become approved
vendors for the Austin Independent School District. This new system will
replace the one-year agreements issued in the past with three-year agreements
for successful applicants. While being on the list does not guarantee work,
it will be a new requirement for all artists and arts organizations working
in schools. www.austinisdfinearts.org
Brent Hasty, mindPOP Executive Director,
