In 2017, the Language Access Work Group created a report that included recommendations and resources to improve quality language access. This toolkit is a central location for the resources listed in the report, as well as, other resources and tools that were not specifically mentioned in the report. This toolkit can be used by organizations to develop or enhance language access plans within their organization by gaining legal knowledge, viewing standards, and having access to planning tools. It can also be used by individuals to know your rights as a client.
